We also support Cash on Delivery (COD) to make your shopping experience more convenient. Returns

At Awera Aroma, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  3. Once we receive the product and verify its condition, your refund, exchange, or store credit will be processed.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Items such as used perfumes, unsealed products, or customized orders may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
